Data Processing Agreement

Overview

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Dialivo and Customer. It addresses the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

Data Processing Terms

Dialivo acts as a data processor on behalf of Customer (the data controller). We process personal data only as instructed by Customer and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

Sub-processors

Dialivo uses AWS as a sub-processor for hosting services. All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations consistent with this DPA.

Data Subject Rights

We assist Customer in responding to data subject requests, including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability requests.
